二、个人简介

周宁,男,汉族,19914月生,浙江台州人。中共党员,研究生学历,哲学博士学位。2022年毕业于宁波诺丁汉大学土木工程专业。主要研究领域包括室内定位、多传感器的组合定位、室内外无缝定位、贝叶斯估计理论(卡尔曼滤波、粒子滤波等)在定位跟踪中的应用等。
